Mr. Chen Liang (陈亮), born in 1968, holds an EMBA degree from Fudan University. He currently serves as Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Chairman of the Management Committee of the Company. Mr. Chen previously served as a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd., a member of the Party Committee of each of Shenwan Hongyuan Group Co., Ltd., and Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd., General Manager of Shenwan Hongyuan Group Co., Ltd., and Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Director of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (Western) Co., Ltd. He also served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, President, and subsequently Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd.

Mr. Wang Shuguang (王曙光), born in 1974, holds a master’s degree in engineering from Tsinghua University. He currently serves as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, President, a member of the Management Committee of the Company, and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Wang previously served as Head of the Growth Enterprise Investment Banking Department, Joint Head of CICC Capital Management Department and Head of the Investment Banking Department of the Company.

Mr. Zhang Kejun (张克均), born in 1966, holds a master’s degree in engineering from National University of Defense Technology. He currently serves as a member of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and a member of the Management Committee of the Company. Mr. Zhang previously served as Deputy General Manager of the Shenzhen Branch, General Manager of the Brokerage Headquarters, and General Manager of the Strategic Planning Headquarters of Shenyin & Wanguo Securities Co., Ltd., and Assistant President of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. He also served as a member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Shenwan Hongyuan Group Co., Ltd. and Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd.

Mr. Wang Jianli (王建力), born in 1971, holds an EMBA degree from Peking University. He currently serves as a member of the Party Committee, and a member of the Management Committee of the Company. Mr. Wang previously served as Deputy General Manager of the Jinan Management Headquarters and Deputy General Manager of the Guangzhou Management Headquarters of China Southern Securities Joint Stock Co., Ltd.; Deputy General Manager of the Brokerage Business Headquarters, and General Manager of the Marketing Department of China Jianyin Investment Securities Co., Ltd.; General Manager of the Marketing Service Headquarters, General Manager of the Brokerage Business Headquarters, General Manager of the Trading Operation Department, a member of the Executive Committee, Assistant President, and Vice President of China Investment Securities Company Limited; and a member of the Party Committee, Vice President, and a member of the Executive Committee of China CICC Wealth Management Securities Company Limited.

Mr. Du Pengfei (杜鹏飞), born in 1974, holds a master’s degree in economics from University of International Business and Economics. He currently serves as a member of the Party Committee and a member of the Management Committee of the Company. He previously served as Director of the Party Committee Organization Department, and General Manager of the Human Resources Department of China Jianyin Investment Limited, a member of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of Jiantou Holding Co., Ltd., Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of JIC Investment Co., Ltd. / Jiantou Huawen Investment Co., Ltd., and a member of the Executive Committee of China Jianyin Investment Limited. He also served as Business Director, a member of the Executive Committee, and Secretary to the Board of Directors of China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd.

Ms. Liang Dongqing (梁东擎), born in 1983, holds a master's degree in economics from Peking University. She currently serves as a member of the Party Committee and a member of the Management Committee of the Company. Ms. Liang previously served as Head of the Wealth Research Department and Co-deputy Head of the Wealth Management Service Center of the Company; a member of the Party Committee, Vice President, and a member of the Executive Committee of China CICC Wealth Management Securities Company Limited.

Mr. Liang Shipeng (梁世鹏), born in 1969, holds an MBA degree from Northwest University. He currently serves as a member of the Party Committee of the Company. Mr. Liang previously served as a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Tibet Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (the “CSRC”); a member of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, Deputy Director, and subsequently Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Qinghai Regulatory Bureau of the CSRC.
